Location: Work from home (Remote)
Work Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Indian Standard Time)
Note: Working hours are fixed and non-flexible. 1 hour break included.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar team leader role within a call center or BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track daily employee performance, call handling, attendance, and targets.
Supervise and mentor a team of 20 customer service professionals.
Ensure high-quality communication between team members and management.
Prepare and maintain records of team performance and report regularly.
Handle escalations and provide support or guidance as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of team leader experience in a call center/BPO.
Proficient computer and technical skills relevant to call center operations.
Strong command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
